Our Leadership Team
Since 1989, Richard has been engaged in the development, financing and ownership of hotel projects and other real estate development ventures. Richard has successfully negotiated franchise agreements with Marriott International, Hyatt Hotels Corporation, Hilton Hotels Worldwide, and Intercontinental Hotels Group. He is responsible for the general management and strategic direction of InnSight Hotel Management Group. Richard received an MBA from Thunderbird School of Global Management and a BA in International Business from the University of Oregon Honors College. He currently serves on Travel Lane County Board, Oregon Restaurant and Lodging Association and the Oregon Tourism Commission.
Executive Vice President
Patrick has over 35 years of experience in the hospitality industry as both a General Manager and in Sales and Marketing. Prior to co-founding InnSight with Richard Boyles, he was employed by American General Hospitality, Doubletree Hotels and Hyatt Hotels. Patrick received a Bachelor of Science degree from Saint Joseph’s College in Indiana. Patrick is responsible for the operation and performance of InnSight managed hotels. He has served on the Courtyard by Marriott University Board of Governors, past President of the Lane County Lodging Association, and current chairperson for Board of Directors for the Oregon Lodging Association.
Vice President of Operations
Holly has more than 10 years of experience in the lodging industry in both full-service and select-service hotels. She received her Bachelor of Arts from the University of Nebraska – Lincoln. As a General Manager, she was the recipient of Residence Inn by Marriott’s Jim Conley Award in 2007. Holly oversees the day-to-day operation and performance of InnSight hotels. Her responsibilities include the management and direction of property general managers, human resources and owner relations.
Chief Financial Officer
Todd has over 20 years of experience in financial services, real estate development and capital funding. He oversees all corporate and property financial operations and is focused on sourcing and securing capital and project financing as InnSight grows. Prior to joining InnSight, Todd held financial leadership positions at Menashe Properties, Inc., TA Liesy Homes NW, LLC and Buena Vista Custom Homes. Todd received a Bachelor of Science Degree from Portland State University and his accounting training from Moss Adams.
Liz Dahlager, CHRM
Vice President of Sales & Marketing
Liz has more than 17 years of experience in hotel sales and marketing with major brands as well as independent boutique hotels. Liz received her Bachelor of Arts from Northeastern University in Boston, MA. She was recognized by Marriott International with a Global Sales Leadership Award in 2011. Liz is a member of the Springfield Rotary Club, Oregon Tour & Travel Alliance and serves on the Springfield Chamber of Commerce Executive Board. Liz received the CHRM® (Certified Hospitality Revenue Manager) certification in 2017 from the American Hotel & Lodging Educational Institute. She oversees direct sales, revenue management, marketing and digital services for InnSight hotels.
Director of Digital Services
Brooks has over 10 years of experience in the hospitality industry, including opening General Manager of two hotels. He received his Bachelor of Arts from the University of Oregon in Eugene. He is a BrightEdge certified professional in search engine optimization and sits on Marriott International’s Digital Franchise Committee. His responsibilities include website content management, search engine optimization, online distribution, social media, online reputation management, and public relations for InnSight hotels.
Director of Operations
Kari has more than 10 years of experience in the lodging industry across multiple brands. She received her Bachelor of Arts from Washington State University in Pullman, WA. As a general manager, her hotel was awarded the Platinum Award by Choice Hotels International for four years. Kari oversees the day-to-day operation and performance of InnSight hotels. Her responsibilities include the management and direction of property general managers, operations audits, and staff training.
Director of Real Estate Development & Operations
Jim has over 30 years of experience in the commercial real estate industry. He has worked as both a property manager and as a real estate developer. He has developed industrial projects, office buildings, regional shopping centers, and has completed resort hotel renovations. Jim is responsible for the development of InnSight managed hotels and oversees commercial, residential, and industrial property.
